No complaints at all, had a nice stay. Charming little accommodation with a beautiful setting near M1 and M2 underground trains, plenty of buses, metro stations, and the city center. - Cosy bar area.

Hotel has a little garden which is very nice, reception is very nice with very good english

Limited free wifi internet with 6 hours per day, bath room in the first floor has bad condition, nosiy at night if you live next to the main street, air condition need 10 Euros per day

Think twice before booking this hotel! Receptionist charged already payment before we arrived to the hotel at 8pm. The explained she wasn't sure I come so she decided to secure herself. She couldn't find any other solution as well as say "I'm sorry". Since we were travelling in a group we gave only one person's credit card and such a behaviour created some compliactions. You have to ask for Internet login everytime it expires. And it might expire also in an hour. It is really unpleasant to ask for new log in every time. In the room there's a sign "Air conditioning costs 10eur per day". We though this hotel will charge us for a/c. It didn't happen but what's the idea to charge for a/c in Milano when temperature outside is 35 degrees? There were no sheets in the bed. We had to ask for that as it is impossible to sleep without ANY cover. Breakfast was poor as in most of such level hotels in Italy Parking was several blocks away in the garage of some private bulding

The hotel is located in a great spot close to a beer garden by the main cathedral, the room was spacious and had a private bathroom, at an affordable price, and I particularly enjoyed the breakfast with croissants and jam.

Hotel was easy to find, room was a good size and clean/comfortable, staff were very friendly and helpful.

The shower was awful. Tiny, poor water pressure, and not very warm. The internet was free but unreliable. But worst, one day I came back to my room after a 15h absence to discover that the cleaners had unlocked the door to the balcony and left it open, allowing anyone access to my room. Nothing was stolen, but it easily could have been.

Great situation of Hotel - 5 minutes from the subway station Loreto (2 subway lines) and 20 minutes walk from the historic center of Milan. Good service, friendly staff. Pleasant room with sink and bidet (bathroom shared by floor).

Breakfast - only sweet bread or toast and jam.

We stayed there for a day and really enjoyed the great location near the city center, central station, cafes, supermarkets, and various interesting spots.

it was not bad, just average hostel. the stuff was nice

no hot water, they made us leave the key when we were leaving for the couple of hours, that was unpleasant

Anything was good: bad heating in the bedrom, old building, just stars, bathroom shared and far from the bedrom, they don,t offer towels for bath, the bide was troubled, staff not friendly.
